Wednesday, Mar. 23th, 2011 Lama Ole inaugurates the Brisbane Diamond Way meditation room

After finishing the manuscript for his latest book, "Being Useful", Lama Ole travelled from the Gold Coast to Brisbane to inaugurate the Gompa (meditation room) of the new Brisbane Diamond Way Buddhist Group.

Lama Ole, Caty and a group of almost 50 students squeezed themselves into the newly renovated gompa to meditate together and invoke enlightened energies to create a perfect space to meditate.

After the gompa blessing Lama Ole toured the flood damaged banks of the Brisbane River to see the erosion and high water mark of the January 2011 Brisbane flood.
