Happiness - What is it? How do you develop it? No matter how beautiful cars, houses or landscapes may be, they will never deliver the happiness we all seek. Every attempt to attain happiness through these things will fail because they don't last and the only thing which can ever become happy is mind.

But if our mind's in better shape our partner will be more attractive, the BMW will feel smoother in the gears, and we'll be more able to appreciate how good we've got it.

Refreshments available for purchase.

About Daria

At 16, Daria met Lama Ole Nydahl on one of his yearly travels through Russia. After being involved with the local center work in Ekaterinburg, she moved to Toronto, Canada, and in 2001 she helped found the city’s first Diamond Way Buddhist center. In 2007, Daria moved to Seattle to help establish the Diamond Way center there. Now she lives with her husband in Melbourne, Australia and is part of the local Diamond Way Center there. In 2006, at the wish of Lama Ole Nydahl, Daria began teaching in our centers around the world.
