If you don't have too much time and can't make it on Mondays, 8pm every Tuesday - Friday we hold a half hour guided Meditation on the 16th Karmapa starting at 8pm and ending around 8.30pm at Mahamudra House, 104 Wattle Street (opposite Tilley's) in Lyneham.
