A path to the realization of the nature of mind through identifying with the Lama. This meditation is the basic meditation of the Karma Kagyu lineage and is practiced regularly in all Diamond Way centres worldwide.
No prior experience is necessary - this meditation is explained in the centre and is suitable for beginners.
