Join us at Mahamudra House in Lyneham for a weekend of talks with Anna Briscoe, a visiting teacher from Russia.
Anna Briscoe was born in Khabarovsk and grew up on Sakhalin Island, Russia. She took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 2005 in Vladivostok, and started teaching Buddhism at the request of Lama Ole in 2007. He recommended Anna be invited to teach in our centres in Australia.
She has lived in Russia, England, and now lives in the Czech Republic. She used to work as a TV Presenter, then in England worked with people with Autism and Aspergers syndrome and volunteered for a missing persons service. She now works as an English language teacher.
