Due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and concerns over transmission the Diamond Way Buddhist centre of Sunshine Coast has closed. We will keep you all updated regarding our reopening via Facebook and email list.
The Sunshine Coast Diamond Way centre is located on a beautiful 30 acre property, about 5km from Eumundi and 9km from Noosa.
It is one of over 600 centres international Buddhist centres of the Karma Kagyu Lineage, under the spiritual guidance of the 17th Karmapa Trinlay Thaye Dorje and founded by Lama Ole Nydahl. The centre is run and maintained through the idealism of friends who meditate together.
We offer weekly 16th Karmapa meditations open to everyone, regular retreats & meditation weekends, host visiting teachers (both national and international) and you are invited to visit us and practice on the property throughout the year. You can hire the retreat caravan, inquire about beds, bring your own tent or take one of ours.
Pickups can be arranged from the Sunshine Coast airport (25min) and the Eumundi train station. Brisbane International airport is about 75min away and there is an airport shuttle bus that runs directly to the property at 300 Sunrise Rd.
You can keep up-to-date with our regular activities by book marking this page and also by subscribing to our Facebook page.
If you have any questions or would like to visit us, please don't hesitate to call or send through an email.
