If you really want to fast track the development of your mind, we meet together on the third weekend of each month to practice the foundational practices of Tibetan Buddhism, also known as the Ngondro.
Everyone who wants to learn more about the Ngondro or who has already begun their Ngondro is welcome to join us. If you haven't yet started the Ngondro, our regular meditation nights are perfectly suited to newcomers! Please see our regular events schedule.
